Jackie has worked at Heritage Group Travel since July 1989. From the initial offices above a tool hire shop, she has experienced every move in the interim years prior to our current premises at Charlotte House, Bath. Jackie has covered a variety of administrative and operational roles, and is recognised as the absolute oracle when it comes to company business, and can usually field the most obscure enquiries. She now takes care of our finances and continues to support the team wherever needed. Jackie lives in Bath with her husband, John, and they can frequently be found foxtrotting, waltzing and lindy-hopping their way round many local ballroom dancing venues.
