We carefully craft tours to meet the focus and budget of each individual group, with a view to providing enjoyable and culturally enriching tours to your members. Our overriding aim is to allow the group tour organiser to enjoy a stress-free and rewarding role and we endeavour to support you from the initial discussions to the safe return of tour participants.
Individual Group Needs
Because tours are planned with the needs of the group in mind, important factors such as local departure point, interests, age and profile of the participants can all be taken into account. We don’t operate a “one size fits all” approach, but instead every group tour is tailored to the organiser’s brief. From this we create a workable itinerary which will allow group organisers to retain overall control.
Administrative Support
From the very first moment of contact, Heritage Group Travel will support the group organiser in an efficient, yet friendly and relaxed manner. We will endeavour to alleviate the work load associated with the tour and render the process as enjoyable as possible. Furthermore we guarantee prompt responses to all queries. Your point of contact is always with a named person and not with an anonymous sales department of a large company.
Mutual Trust
Entrusting travel arrangements on behalf of a group of people to a tour operator can be a daunting prospect. We are therefore always happy to put prospective clients in touch with colleagues from similar organisations so that they can discuss their concerns with those who already have experience of dealing with us.
Marketing Support
We provide professionally produced itineraries and leaflets to attract members’ interest in the tour from the outset. The publicity material is “branded” for each society, and is a joint effort between the organiser and us.
Financial Security
Our company is fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL licence no. 3707.
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Heritage Group Travel Ltd (5093), and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:
- Non-flight packages
ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Heritage Group Travel Ltd.
