Help and Support for the Visits Organiser
Our overriding aim is to allow the tour organiser to enjoy a stress-free and rewarding role. We help our clients achieve their goal of delivering a first-class tour for their group in the following ways:
Marketing support
We provide professionally produced itineraries and “flyers” to attract members’ interest in the tour from the outset. The publicity material is “branded” for each society and is a joint effort between the organiser and us.
Administrative support
Any tour organiser knows how much detailed work is involved in preparing a tour. We take pride in alleviating much of this burden in an efficient, yet friendly and relaxed, manner. We want the process to be as enjoyable as possible (after all, we want you to come back again and again!) and guarantee prompt responses to all queries. Your point of contact is always with a named person and not with an anonymous sales department of a large company.
Individual Group Needs
Because tours are planned with the needs of the group in mind, important factors such as local departure point, interests and age and profile of the participants etc can all be taken into account. We don’t operate a “one size fits all” approach, but instead we take the organiser’s brief and from this create a workable itinerary which will allow him or her to retain overall control.
Mutual Trust
Entrusting travel arrangements on behalf of a group of people to a third party can be a daunting prospect. We are therefore always happy to put prospective clients in touch with colleagues from similar societies in order that they may discuss their concerns with those who already have experience of dealing with us. Similarly, we will gladly travel to meet any of our group organisers in order to discuss plans for their group in detail.
Security
Our company is fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL licence no. 3707 and with ABTOT under licence no. 5903. This means that in the unlikely event of our financial demise anyone booked on a tour through us would be reimbursed in full. We are also members of the Association of Independent Tour Operators, an association made up of around 150 specialist, independent companies. Membership of AITO is dependent on adherence to a high standard of professionalism and members share a genuine passion for customer service.
