About Us
Our sole activity is the provision of tailor-made cultural tours for groups. Our principal contact is with the visits organiser in charge of making the necessary arrangements for the group, and our goal is the ultimate success of the tour. We believe there are a number of factors which set us apart from other operators:
Experience
We have 15 years' experience of arranging cultural tours for societies. We know what works, which tours recruit well and how best to achieve a balanced itinerary. Although the client will often have a fair idea of where the group wants to travel we are often called on to offer advice based on the experience of arranging tours for similar groups and societies.
The Tour of Your Choice
Unlike mainstream tour operators, we do not sell to the public at large or offer a series of pre-arranged trips. Each tour is arranged individually according to the needs, budget and interest of the group.
Detailed Planning
Each of the tours with which we are involved is the result of meticulous planning on our part. No stone is left unturned. Our company's record of repeat business is phenomenally high and we can only achieve this if clients are happy to entrust their group's travel arrangements to us.
A Word About Prices
We don't cut corners in order to offer artificially low prices. Our hotels are chosen with the group in mind, and this usually means centrally located, comfortable hotels of at least 3, usually 4, and sometimes 5 star standard. Individual service and economies of scale are not necessarily incompatible however - in any given year we will usually operate a number of similar tours to perennially favourite destinations and thus there is every likelihood that the group will benefit from those who have travelled before.
Exclusive and Private Visits
Over the years we have managed to foster links with museums, galleries and stately homes throughout Europe which are either little known to the public at large or which are prepared to open their doors solely for us. Such visits often form the highlight of a tour.
